If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos/video and we’ll provide a replacement, refund, or store credit, covering return shipping when applicable. Refunds are processed within 3–10 business days after inspection. Orders can be cancelled before they ship; once shipped, the return process applies. Used items or items without original packaging can’t be returned for hygiene reasons, and we respond within 24 business hours.
