SHIPPING

1) Where We Ship

We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your location, contact us at info@mivera.net before ordering.

2) Processing Time

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always aim to get your order moving as quickly as possible.

3) Delivery Time Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product’s shipping route. As a general guide, most orders arrive within 2–4 weeks (typical delivery window)

Some orders may arrive sooner. Occasionally, orders can take longer due to customs, carrier delays, or high seasonal demand.

Important: Delivery estimates are not guarantees. They are the most realistic timeframe based on our current logistics.

4) Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking update (where available). You can also track your order anytime via our Order Lookup/Tracking page.

Tracking can take 2–5 business days to update after dispatch, depending on the carrier.

5) Shipping Fees

Shipping costs (if applicable) are shown at checkout. Promotions or free-shipping offers may appear at different times and for different regions.

6) Address Accuracy & Changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change your address, email info@mivera.net as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to update it.

7) Split Shipments 

If you order multiple items, your products may arrive in separate packages to get them to you faster. If this happens, you’ll receive separate tracking details.

8) Delays, Lost Packages & Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, first check around your property and with household members/neighbours. Then contact us and we’ll assist.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we’ll work with you to provide a replacement or resolution depending on the circumstances.

9) Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, email info@mivera.net within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of:

the packaging

the product damage

the shipping label (if visible)

We’ll review and offer a fair resolution.
